Welcome to my travelogue (blog) of my Peace Corps experience. I was invited to serve in the United States Peace Corps on October 10, 2006--traveling to Paraguay--the very heart of South America. With extreme anxiety, grave anticipation, and the excitement that comes when riding the Hurler at Paramount's Carowinds--I graciously accepted. I will join the rest of my fellow volunteers soon to become "G23" -- the 23rd group to volunteer in Paraguay.
