This trip has been 18 months in the planning beginning with our search for and eventual design of our caravan, right through to setting out a reasonably detailed itinerary to ensure we fit maximum touring into what is a very short period of time for this distance.

Our boys each have one main objective: Darcy wants to climb Uluru, Guy is determined to sleep underground at Coober Pedy, and Fraser is on the hunt for a crocodile in a river. All very achievable.

Craig and Dianne will be happy to arrive home after 3 months knowing that they and their children saw and discovered as much of the eastern half of this beautiful country as our time would permit.
