We're heading to Nova Scotia to experience the Tall Ship Festival. We've talked about attending a tall ship event for probably 25 years - what better place to witness the ships in full sail than Halifax!

We're also meeting up with our son and daughter-in-law to share in the experience. Hopefully we'll also have time to meet up with a few relatives since Halifax is my birthplace.

I'm sure we'll have our fair share of music, lobster, history and plenty of sightseeing to fill our two weeks. If we're lucky and time permits we'll travel across Confederation Bridge to take a quick peak at Prince Edward Island.
