So the basic story is that after 5 years in the corporate world I'm taking some personal time to travel up into Africa in the hope to learn more about 3rd world capital /real estate markets.

At the same time I will also be a tourist on my own continent so will be doing the river rafting/ zanzibar/ pemba island hopping etc and also trying as much as possible to catch public transport - especially the likes of the tazara train and lake victoria ferries.
