Exploring Bosnia and Herzegovina 2: Sarajevo Film Festival, Brcko and Mostar

Back to Bosnia, back to Sarajevo. I will visit the Sarajevo Film Festival. www.sff.ba
The festival takes place from Aug 15th till 27th. I hope to see a lot of Balkan films. Also, because of (i think) Sarajevo's history the festival attracts a lot of big foreign directors/actors.
However, while most information about the festival is in English, it is impossible for foreign people (aka people not from Bosnia) to book tickets. And i couldn't ask Bosnian friends to buy some tickets for me either, because the festival couldn't tell me what movies are subtitled and which are not.
It would be harsh to say 'Welcome to Bosnia' , but.... :)
I am not sure how long i will stay in Sarajevo. I hope to visit Neumm/Ploce, Tuzla, Mostar as well.
