We're on our way to, what for us is a great adventure. I guess when you hit 60 it doesn't take much to qualify as an 'adventure'!

We're not leaving until the end of September but part of the excitement is in the planning, so i thought I would share that part too.

We leave from Vancouver on the MS Veendam for a five week trip down the Pacific Coast, through the Panama Canal, across the Caribbean, down the coast of Brazil, up the Amazon River to Manaus, then up through the eastern Caribbean to Tampa. In all it will take five weeks.

I plan on writing in my blog from the ship as we travel.
