About this blog

This is the trip of a lifetime for three couples who have been linked at the hip since our college days in the 70's at Ohio University. There are several other couples we have stayed close to over the years, but they had the good sense not to jeopardize their retirement funds and a near lifelong friendship. They graduated top of the of the class and have real jobs, weddings, graduating children, or some other lame excuse. For the record, we are: Craig (Bean)and Cathy (Deathmarch) Mike (Dude) and Susan (Where is my damn cell phone) Bob (Lucky?) and Sandy (Fan). Fan is the one responsible for this little adventure, having dreamed of it since her starry eyed youth in the tiny, northeast Ohio burg of Willoughby.
