2007-Delivering a car for a friend to Hanford California will give me a head start. A new Giant Sedona bicycle, a Bionx battery assist system with regenerative capabilities and a "TW Bents trailer.

My gypsy predisposition has led me to the road again. This time on a battery assisted bike and trailer. I hope to use the battery and pedal most of the way. At my age, Going West from Hanford to the coast takes me through the Coalinga area and as I recall on other trips, there are some steep mountain roads. If I need to use the battery on some parts, so be it. This gives my legs a chance to get used to riding many hours a day, as compare to the two I ride now. This also gives me a chance to work out any bugs in my set-up, as the battery is new and I will probably have to adjust the load between my panniers and trailer which includes my computer. Thanks for coming along.
