With a couple of weeks to kill, and an icy winter still gripping us at home in Canada, what better that a fast-forward to spring and a trip to the UK, Ireland and wherever $300. will take me!

Sometime you are lucky enough to cross paths with people of different backgrounds and different interests. Sometimes you are even lucky enough to build strong and lasting friendships that endure over the years even though contact is infrequent. I am fortunate enough to have made some very good friends in a part if the world that I love to visit, and with whom I have had many adventures (and misadventures!), not to mention getting absolutely stone drunk in some very quaint Irish pubs along the way!
