It is my husband's bday on JULY 15. This trip is my bday gift to him. It is our first adventure in Shanghai. I surfed the net and found the Trip Advisor so helpful ! We took the famous Maglev train fr Pudong, then at Long Yang station, took Metro Line 2 which took us to the People's Square stop. Convenient !
I booked Radisson New World Shanghai,a 5 star hotel. I made the perfect choice! ( its rating is # 6 among all Shang hotels ) The hotel has impeccable service, great food, near everything that is for tourists. We did a bit of shopping too ! and lots of walking after dinner!
Tomorrow we shall spend the day at the hip and artsy French Quarter.. and maybe see the Bund, Pearl Tower.. and of course, not to forget our Peking Duck lunch!
