On February 11, 2008 Members of Divine Mercy Catholic Church of Faribault MN will visit it's sister parish in Guatemala. Divine Mercy's twin parish is St. Francis of Assisi in Panajachel on Lake Atitlan in the highlands of Guatemala, located three hours west of Guatemala City. \ Traveling to Guatemala will be Father Kevin Finnegan, Zulema Nieves, Bill Cuddigan, Faith VanHaren and Mary O'Connor. The women will stay for one week. Bill will stay an extra week to spend time in the Spanish schools and to live with a family. Father Kevin will spend an extra two weeks to study Spanish. They will be able to mingle casually with the people of Panajachel and many of them are probably parishioners of St. Francis of Assisi.
