I am heading back to the Philippines where I spent 2006-2008 in the Peace Corps. I am going back to help my host family from Peace Corps the Cosalan's start a non-profit organization for their 100 acre organic farm, eco-tourism and community environmental education space called ENCA Eco-Tourism Organic Farm.
