We have embarked on the ultimate Amazon adventure aboard the Regent Seven Seas ship, the Navigator. This 28-day cruise was our preferred mode of cruising, on a small, more intimate ship of 480 passengers and a crew of 485.. The overall length of this ship is only 565 feet with a beam width of 81 feet which allows access into otherwise unattainable ports of call. A trip up the Amazon has been on Victor's "bucket list" for many years. We decided this was the year of reward and have followed our desire for new learning and discovery experiences. In addition to exciting and varied shore excursions there were a multitude of enrichment programs provided to the guests during sea days. The Regent Seven Seas is one of the primo cruise lines with exquisite service and the utmost in pampering.
