It is Sunday evening. I have lists and maps coming out of my ears. I can't train anymore as I apparently need to rest my muscles before the big pedal!!

I am nervous and excited. I think at this stage if I'm not ready physically or mentally it is too late.

I am praying that the weather has broken and I will have the wind and sun on my back all the way. Unlikely I know, but ever the optimist.

I will update my blog as often as I can. Wish me luck. Any messages of encouragement warmly recieved and even more so if you feel my efforts deserve sponsership! Any ammount however small will be so greatefully recieved.( Thank You to those who have already sponsered me x)
