Leaving the cold, grey and economically slumping London for an adventure, this amateur traveller has hung up her brightly coloured, slash necked 80's wardrobe, replacing it with a bag of all things brown to go in search of the meaning of.. something in the vibrant and inspiring South of America. After seeing in 2009 working a one off shift in a bar in New York this trip kicks off in Lake Titicaca, a 40k hike up Macchu Piccu and 2 day canoe trip up the Amazon in Peru. From there the plan is salt flats in Bolivia, the carnaval that is Rio and learning to Tango in Argentina... and thats just for starters!
