About this blog

No ties...opportunities come and go when individuals have nothing more than time and life to experience the world. I am one of those individuals. Spanish has been a love of mine since high school. Seven years later I am still fully capable of speaking with an eight year old vocabulary. I am following my dream to experience spanish speaking culture in a immersed fashion. I have begun my trip in quito and will soon find myself in the Ecuadorian rainforest picking fruits and nuts for an indigenous research program. Following Ecuador I will be traveling to Peru, spending two months in Lima helping street children. After Lima I plan to spend a bit of time in Chile with family. May will present a Machu Picchu trek...after Machu Pichu...???
