Beginning of the adventure: Bangkok and Myanmar

And so it begins....officially I left Singapore on April 26th for Bangkok. Spent a couple days on Khao San Road doing the typical backpacker-thang. May 1 I took off for Myanmar with a phenomenal little group: two Belgians by the names of Jean-Nicolas and Guillaume, a VERY French girl, Severine, a Norwegian named Kristine and the lovely Canadians: Katie and myself-what an entourage!
