About this blog

This is our first cruise but second trip to Alaska. Noreen and I visited so long ago that the memories of that trip are just flash vignettes, the stuffed Kodiak bear in the lobby of the Captain Cook Hotel, the sun out at ten P.M., men in bars with guns. I didn't even bring along a camera.

Along with us on this cruise are our good friends Judy and Brian. It is also their first cruise. We booked adjoining Royal Suites on the Celebrity Century. This is our voyage to Southeast Alaska cruising the inside passage.
