Joining a friend for a trip he's wanted to do for many years, only because he was amused that an island called Yap has an airport code of the same name (YAP)...

One highlight of this trip is the Continental Micronesia "Island Hopper" between Honolulu and Guam, which makes five stops en route.

We are staying in Yap, Palau and Guam. Our return routing will take us to the Tokyo airport, where we will (hopefully) hop on a United flight as standby passengers back to the U.S.
