just a short weekend break... I honestly didn't expect Stockholm to be such a wonderful city. it's just amazing with all those narrow streets and nice buildings and even nicer people.

We stayed in the Archipelago hostel in the heart of Gamla Stan, just between all those nicest pubs and restaurants. We spent the whole of Saturday hanging around Gamla Stan, enjoying nice water views and a very expensive swedish beer (50SEK a pint). on Sunday we went to Stockholm's Skansen on another island of Djurgarden. It was very nice, all those old houses and northern animals (moose, reindeer, brown bear) and the best bakery ever... and a very good value for money. tickets to the Skansen were only 80SEK a head...

I will definitely be back there one day.
