Where we believe - What we believe: The Architecture of Mind and Spirit. Through the AIA, I was able to partake in a long weekend with the 'Interfaith Forum on Religion Art and Architecture' community. The discussion topics were centered on Neuroscience and design of spaces which stimulate human cognition.

Aside from the lectures, professional discussions and tours, I was able to also spend time in various hot spots around town, including Balboa Park - San Diego, Kayaking - La Jolla, and a brief walkabout in Tijuana, Mexico.

Considering I had PRK eye surgery 2 weeks before, I did alright and was able to SEE everything in its splendor without going blind, even in the salty ocean, Tijuana smog, & in the Santa Ana forest-fire smoke.
