Croatia Trip - Island hopping and driving the mainland National Parks

Our 2006 summer holiday - we flew to Split in Croatia to board our boat "Tvrdi" to cruise (not sail) around the southern Croatian Adriatic islands for 7 days. We visited Makarska, Mjlet Island, Dubrovnik, the Peljesac Peninsula, Korcula Island and Hvar Island before heading back to Split. When we left the boat, we hired a car and drove about for the next 5 days. First, we visited the Plitvice Lakes National Park where we checked out the amazing lakes and waterfalls. From there we went on to see Krk Island, Zadar, Sibenik and the Krka National Park.
