Mumbai, Chennai, Pondicherry, Kerala backwaters, Varkala, Bangalore, Goa in 2.5 weeks.

This trip for me is more about getting a feel of the country rather than seeing the sights; roughing it and learning to travel the hard way; seeing people and their lifes on the streets, in public transportation and couchsurfing rather than through windows of air contidioned cabs, staying in 5-star hotels.
