Columbia River Gorge
About this blog
Hoping to capture wildflower images in the Tom McCall Preserve near Mosier, Oregon and the apple blossoms in eastern Washington we combined a photo journey with a birthday celebration for George's 70th. The weather was perfect, warm temperatures and clear blue skies highlighted Mt. Adams to the north and Mt. Hood to the south, a carpet of yellow balsam root, lupine and paintbrush and sweeping views down the Columbia River Gorge.
