A la Capital Mexicana!
About this blog
Lucia, Marcella, Priscilla, Renee, and I spent five day's in Mexico's capital. We had all studied the history of Mexico at Cal Poly Pomona in some capacity and knew the historical significance of this massive city. However, as the Mexican saying goes, "Hay mas tiempo que vida" (Loosely translates into, there is more time than life). Accordingly, each day's itinerary was jam packed as there was so much to see and do. Some of our trip's highlight's included going to Teotihuacan, Zocalo, Frida Khalo and Diego Rivera's House, Xochimilco, La Basilica de Guadalupe, Museo Nacional de Antropologia, Palacio de Bellas Artes, and the Palacio Nacional. Of course, spending time with each other was equally important!
