Welcome to my adventure in Japan! I'll be living and working in a town called Matsumoto, which is near Nagano in the Japan Alps. This area of the country is affectionately referred to as "the roof of Japan." With amazing views of the mountains, natural hot-springs, world-class skiing and the largest wasabi farm in the world Matsumoto seems like a great place in which to launch my exploration of Japan.
