While I am unsure where the idea originated (probably Margaret as she always thinks of these things) as soon as it was mentioned to take our mom down the Oregon Coast we all wanted to make it happen. With four different schedules it was years in the making but in 2009 it all seemed to come together, just in time for moms 75th birthday.
