For the next 2 years I will be serving as a healthcare volunteer in the country of Kenya. My only prior experience of traveling out of the states has been to Mexico on numerous occasions. I am using this to blog to reflect on my experience and hopefully you can to. I will be living in the same environment as those living in rural Kenya. I look forward to the challenges that I face in the future and hopefully I will get internet access often enough so that you all can see and reply.
