Lions and Hippos and Elephants, oh my! South Africa and Zimbabwe experience

We were able to do this trip because I "won" an accommodations package on an online auction site. We couldn't have chosen better hotels, though, because they were all five-star boutique hotels.
We chose to drive from one hotel to the next except when we had to get to Johannesburg and then to Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe. I did all the driving and they drive on the left side of the road. We did get a speeding ticket at a speed trap. The great thing is that we didn't have to stop - they just send the ticket to the address listed on the car's license/registration. So our rental company then passed on the charge to us.
We saw lots of wild animals on safari and experienced a level of service that was incomparable. I'd love to go back one day
