About this blog

I will spend the first two weeks in Havana with a class from Queen's. We will be having lectures in the morning and taking tours in the afternoons. I am free to roam as I please during the third and fourth week. I might head south to the National Park, where many butterflies and the smallest birds in the world live. I am looking forward to learning some Spanish and meeting some Cubans who can explain their understanding of socialism. I can't wait for the beaches!
