"Why are you going to VIETNAM?"

Every time I tell someone that my next trip is to Vietnam they ask "why?" I guess it's still so linked to the war in most people's mind that it seems like an odd place to go.

Well, the war was a long time ago, Vietnam has a vibrant culture and a booming economy and the dollar still goes a long way. At this point, that last reason is reason enough!
