I had the incredible pleasure of chaperoning my high school senior daughter's trip to Nicaragua where we traveled from Managua to the mountainess region of San Pedro Del Norte and across the river, the end of the road, to a thriving, five year old community, La Estrillita, where we left our hearts and new found friends.
