Swim Across Sun Moon Lake

NANTOU, Taiwan -- Over 18,500 participants in 1,202 teams from home and abroad joined the 26th annual mass swim yesterday across Sun Moon Lake in Nantou County in central Taiwan. It took most of the participants 90 to 120 minutes to complete the approximately 3,000-meter swim. The event was proceeding smoothly in comfortable weather conditions.
