When I returned from trip to Oz in January 09 I felt that my journey was incomplete; I didn't get to see all the countries and places I would have liked in the time available.

In March this year I made the executive decision to return but this time I would spend longer and would visit more contries along the way. Maybe this is the start of what people call 'the travel bug'? I have worked flat out all summer to get the funds together in time and now the moment has arrived!

This blog will (hopefully) document my 2 month journey through countries in Asia and the Pacific Rim. The bulk of the trip will be in New Zealand with stopovers in Hong Kong, Oz and North America!
