DAY 10/Thursday, May 5, 2011 � JERUSALEM /GALILEE Drive along the coastal highway northwards to CAESAREA, capital of the Roman Procurators of Judea. Visit the remains of the ancient aqueduct, amphitheatre and the Crusaders' Moat. Continue to the edge of the Carmel Mountain range to reach MUHRAKA, where Elijah defeated the Priests of Ba'al. Enjoy the especially beautiful panoramic views of the coastline and the JEZREEL VALLEY. Continue to MEGIDDO, where excavations have unearthed over twenty levels of civilization, most likely the site of Armageddon in the Book of Revelation. On to the foot of MOUNT TABORwhere you will VIEW the summit of MOUNT OF TRANSFIGURATION. Time is allowed for your personal meditation and also to enjoy the spectacular view of all Galilee from the mountain. Stop at the BAPTISMAL SITE, which has been built where the Jordan flows from the lake. Dinner and overnight at Leonardo Club Hotel in Galilee. (B,D) DAY 11/Friday, May 6, 2011 � GALILEE After breakfast, enjoy a morning cruise on the sparkling Sea of Galilee en-route to KIBBUTZ NOF GINOSAR where you will view the remains of a fishing vessel dating from the time of Christ. Continue to CAPERNAUM, a lakeside village frequently referred to in the New Testament as home to St. Peter and a site of Jesus Christ's preaching. Note that the ruins of the ancient synagogue are, most likely, the site of Peter's family worship. Continue to TABGHA, site of the miracle of the Multiplication of Loaves and Fishes. Visit both the CHURCH OF THE MULTIPLICATION where you will see a beautiful 5th century fish mosaic and the CHURCH OF THE PRIMACY which contains a large rock (MENSA CHRISTI) upon which Jesus shared meals with His disciples. Ascend to the MOUNT OF BEATITUDES, which marks the location of Jesus' Sermon on the Mount. Drive eastward through the lush, verdant valleys of the GALILEE to arrive at NAZARETH, the boyhood home of Jesus. Visit the BASILICA OF THE ANNUNCIATION, the CHURCH OF ST. JOSEPH and MARY'S WELL, where the Archangel Gabriel announced the Incarnation. (B,D) DAY 12/Saturday, May 7, 2011 � GALILEE/ TEL AVIV/ EN ROUTE VERY EARLY DEPARTURE TO BEN GURION INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT.
