Hi all,

Welcome to our travel journal which we aim to keep up to date with all our stories of dodgy hostels, iffy food and long, hot bus journeys - and plenty of good stuff too.

As most of you know already, we are going to Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, China and finally India. We've bored you long enough about doing this trip so you're probably all breathing a sigh of relief that we're actually going.

So with a one way ticket and enough Lonely Planets to at least look the part, we're off on our meticulously planned trip of a lifetime!
