So Brent and I are headed cross country for a Norwegian Christmas Road Trip to New Mexico.

See, I'm Norwegian and I wanted to do something a little different this year to celebrate the holidays. An idea came to me on a recent road trip back from Minnesota when Brent and I stopped at my favorite little place in Osseo, Wisconsin called the Norske Nook. http://www.norskenook.com/. The stop was a must because we had to pick up some Lefse; which you'll learn more about later. At the Nook I had this idea to have Norwegian Christmas. To make all Norwegian food and to go by new Norwegian names.

So here begins our adventure, we're driving 3200 miles from Indianapolis to Silver City, New Mexico and back.
