I'm leading twelve adult students from New Bern, North Carolina from Craven Community College's Lifetime Learning Center on an international learning adventure from May 11- 21, 2008. Our friends at CCC's "sister school," Warwickshire College have designed a once-in-a-lifetime trip for us. This 11-day tour of central England will feature - Medieval Warwickshire Castle, Waddesdon Manor and gardens, Blenheim Palace, a tour of London, a visit to Christ Church at Oxford, and the Cotswold villages. Our group will also be treated to an introduction to William Shakespeare at his birthplace in Stratford-Upon-Avon, followed by a Royal Shakespeare Company performance of A Midsummer Night's Dream.
