We took this trip by pulling our travel trailer. Gas was around $4.00 per gallon. We took our $1200 "economy jump start" money from Bush to pay for the gas. Ended up spending $1300 on gas. WOW!! I hope the pictures from the Helicopter give a sense of the Awe, we felt, when we broke over the edge of the canyon. If you should go, make sure the "chopper" ride is in your plans.
