Palms and colourful fishes in Philippines

Our journey starts 14:00 31th October from Copenhagen. A approximately 10 hours flight with Thai airways takes us to Bangkok in Thailand. Then we will make a transfer and board a flight 7:45 from Bangkok to Philippines capital, Manila. We will arrive to Manila with Thai airways 11:55 and make the last transfer to the island Bohol in Philippines. 14:25 we departure from Manila with Philippines express and arrive to Bohol 15:40.

On Bohol we are going to stay at the hotel Golden Palm Resort at Alona beach for 7 days. On Bohol I planed to take a diving cert but this is unfortunately impossible because of a ear problem, instead I will snorkel. On our stay at Bohol we want to see Tarsiers, one o the worlds smallest primate and visit the famous Chocolate Hills. Other things we liked to experience is to see wild dolphin and butterflies.

After Bohol we take a ferry from Tagbilaran to Philippines second largest city, Cebu City. In Cebu city we will fly with Philippine airlines to Caticlan that is located on a island next to Boracay island. In Caticlan we take a boat to the island Boracay. In Boracay we are going to first stay at Surfside resort on the beautiful White beach for 6 nights then our last 4 nights we are going to stay at Ambassador in paradise.

Boraqay is very exploited because of its beautiful white beach. On Boracay there are many different international culinary art and activities. The small island that is approximately 1000m wide and 4000m long offer a golf course that share the island with over 200 hotels. For me, this does not sound charming but I think the beach is worth the trip to the island.

The 18th November its time for us to fly back to Sweden. From Boracay we take a boat to Caticlan, in Caticlan we are going to fly with Philippine airlines to Manila, then fly with Thai airways from Manila to Bangkok, and from Bangkok we continue to fly with Thai airways to Copenhagen in Denmark.

Vi kommer först flyga med Thai Airways från Köpenhamn till Bangkok 31 Okt 14:00-06:30 (1Nov), Bangkok till Filippinernas huvudstad Manila 7:45-11:55, och slutligen flyger vi med Philippine airlines från Manila 14:25-15:40 till staden Tagbilaran som ligger på ön Bohol.

På Bohol kommer vi att bo på hotellet Golden Palm Resort vid Alona Beach i 7 nätter. Under vår vistelse på Bohol ville jag ta dyk certifikat men tyvärr kan jag inte göra det pga problem med ena örat så vi kommer i stället snorkla. Vi vill göra en del dagsutflykter för att se bla djuret Tarsier (världens minsta primat), kullarna Chocolate Hills, vilda delfiner och fjärilar.

Efter Bohol tar vi en snabbfärja från Tagbilaran till Filippinernas näst största stad, Cebu City. I Cebu City flyger vi med Philippine airlines till Caticlan som ligger på en ö bredvid ön Boracay. I Caticlan tar vi en båt över till Boracay. På Boracay kommer vi först bo på Surfside Resort vid den berömda stranden, White beach under 6 nätter och våra sista 4 nätter kommer vi att bo på hotellet Ambassador i paradiset.

Boraqay är mycket exploaterat för sin vackra vita strand. På ön som är ca 1km bred och 4km lång kan man hitta ca 200 hotell och en golfbana. Ön erbjuder många olika aktiviteter och mat från olika platser i världen. För mig låter inte detta så charmigt men jag tror att den berömda stranden är värt resan till ön.

Den 18 november är det dags för oss att resa tillbaka till Sverige. Från Boracay tar vi en båt till Caticlan, i Caticlan kommer vi att flyga med Philippnine Airlines till Manila och flyga med Thai Airways från Manila till Bangkok, och från Bangkok fortsätter vi att flyga med Thai Airways till Köpenhamn i Danmark.
