Five months of planning is drawing to an end. We will be leaving in a few days. Our goal: Argentina and Chile the path less travelled on the trip of a life time!

The Plan: Calgary->Buenos Aires, Argentina->Nuequen->Zapala ->Ranquilico->Hunin de Los Andes->Bariloche->Varas, Chile-> ?? -> Santiago-> Calgary

Two friends, riding boots, breeches, back packs and the journey. We will try to keep you up to date, with the exception of January 3rd to January 22nd when we will be at Ranquilico. Three weeks of no pagers, no cell phones, no e-mail, no computer, no Diet Pepsi and no interruptions. Ranquilico is one hour by 4 X 4 from Zapala and then three hours by horseback otherwise only accessible by air. www.ranquilco.com
