In 2004, we took our clients on another fascinating trip - to the Kingdom of Cambodia. Siem Reap, a new bustling tousit destination, is home to the magnificent Angkor Vat temple complex.
Cambodia is still recovering from the destruction wrought by Pol Pot. But Angkor, its ancient symbol, is helping it recover faster. Signs of Pol Pot's regime are all but gone.
When you set eyes upon the Angkor Vat, you cannot look away - its so breathtakingly beautiful. Its fascinating to see Buddhist worship in full flow inside huge Hindu temples thousands of miles from india. The temples themselves, for their sheer size and architecture are fascinating.
I wont say more, go to Cambodia and visit the Angkor. You will not want to leave!
