Heidi Brown sails from Bahamas to Canada aboard Beltane
About this blog
After 10 years of cruising the Bahama's, mostly the Exuma's, my parents in their 35 ft Danish Cutter, Beltane, are heading for home... I have taken 5 months off of teaching and will join them as crew and help them bring the boat home. We will go up the Exuma's, into Nassau, across the Gulf Stream, into West Palm Beach Fla, and head North through the ICW, up the Cheasepeake, down the Delaware to Cape May, up the Jersey coast into New York harbour, up the East River, Long Island Sound, through the Cape Cod Canal, to Gloucester Mass and then up the Coast of Maine into Head Harbour and then to our final destination, Chamcook Harbour, just around the other side of Ministers Island, St.Andrews, NB Canada....Click on the entries to follow us home and see some of the interesting sights I wil see for the first time. Please feel free to leave me comments as I will be happy to reply back to you... Wish us happy sailing and good weather.
