Hi, we are Nick and Gwen and we hope you enjoy reading the blog of our trip to South America and Antartica. We will be spending most of the 3 months in Argentina, but will be dropping in on Brazil, Bolivia, Antartica and Chile along the way.

The blog will be written predominantly for us as a reminder of our trip when we are back in the real world of work, so apologies if it get a bit detailed in parts (I guess you had to be there). Expect lots of reviews and pictures of restaurants and meals as we are both foodies.
