About this blog

I have been to Bratislava loads of times on business but never had time for any sightseeing. For me it has always been a shuttle between hotel, refinery and office with the only difference being the depth of the snow or density of the mosquitoes.

But a year ago Tibor invited us both to the wine festival just outside Bratislava. He and Dusan laid on a great weekend of events and visits for us. What a wonderful place, no wonder they are so proud of it.
