It's time to leave Alaska. We have been here for 22 months (the plan had been a year). We have a huge list of things we've seen and done, but it's incredible to think about all the things left to do, it's just such a big place. I think it will be a place we come back to, as visitors. We have collected quiet a bit of stuff in our rental house so this last week or two is purging, packing, donating. Allison is sad to leave, she made some really nice friends. I hope the trip will be wonderful, and the transition easy.
