Three glasses of wine, two movies and a quick nap and we were in London. Albeit a 18 hour delay at the Vancouver airport. Thank goodness for my Mom and sister, who fed and housed us overnight! Since we were late, we caught up with Jayleen at the flat. Definitely try the VRBO site if you need accomadation in London. It was modest but clean and was close to a tube station. We immediately started our venture. Thank goodness that Jayleen has my sense of direction but more importantly she has young eyes and could read the maps. I relinquished my control and she found all the tourist sights with no problems. Mitch and I have always had success with the hop on/off bus and London did not dissapoint us.
