Hey all!
Just wanted to let you guys know I am off to my first big trip! Tonight I am leaving with 9 friends to Tenerife! Tenerife is an island in the canary islands which are just south of Spain and they have a big celebration for Carnaval which is the same as Mardi Gras in New Orleans. Everybody wears costumes and there are music and parades going on all weekend.I am really excited to be in the Sun and take a vacation! We kicked off the celebration lastnight with a masquerie party. It was so much fun! I will post pictures from the party and from the trip on Wednesday when I return! I will also post a blog from the excursion we went on last Saturday to see the castles around the Valladolid area. Have a great weekend :)
