I am back in Nicaragua. Last winter my daughter Angela and I spent a week here. I liked it enough to come back and explore some more, determine if it would be a good place for a winter home. Besides that I will be studying Spanish, writing, reading, maybe take more surfing lessons if the waves are reasonable.

Once again I am definitely scared. Will I get lonely and depressed being alone? Will I make friends. Will I get bored as hell? Five weeks is a long time to be away from home alone. The thing is: I donīt have a choice. Something inside me keeps telling me to go. So, here I am once again.
