What do I think of when I hear the word Morocco? Couscous, saffron, olives, dates, oranges, tajines, brochettes, lemon, cinnamon, pastry, pastilla, mint tea and...camels. What do all of these things have in common (apart from the camel)? They count among my favourite foods. Yes, I am eating my way through Morocco, and will record each sweet, succulent, salty or sour detail here - plus a few other non-culinary experiences!
